This is a personal invitation for you to partner with us in the 2017 BSIA Ultimate Show Home II.  The purpose of the project is to provide a venue for BSIA and BCFCA members to display their products and services to the general public, contractors and all other industry associated groups in the ultimate setting of a $4.0 million, 9000 sq. ft. home located 8650 217 A Street, Langley, BC.
This exciting project will showcase all trades, services and supplies necessary to build the Ultimate Show Home II.  As the home is being constructed, the public will be invited to observe every phase of the building process through a mass media program. (Attached for your review) Advertising and marketing will be done through print, internet, television and radio throughout North America.  

The BSIA/BCFCA magazine, ebulletins, a dedicated website and all other social media venues will be used to inform our target markets.

This is a unique opportunity for our industry to showcase new and innovative products to contractors and the public pointing them to our member’s stores for more information and assistance.  The BSIA/BCFCA has partnered with a successful developer to create the ultimate show home situated on a prestigious ½ acre lot in Topham Estates just blocks away from Redwoods Golf Course in north east Langley.  This is a $4.0 million project that will certainly get everyone’s attention!

We are excited to offer you an opportunity to partner with us through the supply of products used to build this exclusive home.  Your company will be featured throughout the media campaign, during all phases of construction and during an exclusive 30 to 60-day public open house and MLS internet virtual tour.
