Networking – How to Make it Work for You and Why it’s Important

Why do we attend industry events or join associations? Is it just showing up to tell your company that you did what was asked of you, or can you really make it work to your benefit. Let’s talk about why going above and beyond can help build your personal brand for the future.

Shannon Cupskey, Market Manager, Armstrong Flooring
Shannon has been in the building supply/construction industry for over 20 years. She has held roles in retail, wholesale, distribution and worked for manufacturers doing Sales, Sales Management and Branch Management. Covering territories from Quebec to B.C., her experience and knowledge of the industry is hard to surpass.
